Our Accounting group records and reports with details all revenues and incurred costs so as to facilitate your company's aircraft accounting activity.

At Flightexec we have an approved Aircraft Maintenance Operations that’s open 24/7 and can handle major repairs, scheduled maintenance, refurbishing, and grooming services. We also have an affiliated Avionics group at our Toronto location for on-the-spot avionics repairs and installations. To support the aircraft maintenance engineers, our experienced and competent Quality  Control and Technical Records team is very cognizant of the various aircraft types we handle and is a stickler for details so as to ensure that your aircraft records are professionally maintained, and that scheduled and timed activities are flagged sufficiently ahead of expiry.  

And, in order to be spare-parts efficient we have an in house Purchasing and Stores department that is capable of sourcing and stocking spare parts in a cost effective and timely manner. Aircraft owner-clients therefore benefit directly from these cost savings, and the resulting reduced aircraft downtime. Further to this, aircraft owner-clients have the added benefit of our fuel purchasing discounts, whether its for own-use, or revenue trips.
